I have recently returned from the ACCT “American College of Clinical Thermography” conference in San Antonio.
We had dedicated Doctors and Clinical Thermographers from all over the world participating. Presentations about Breast and Full Body Thermography were fascinating and varied. We learned how to participate in a melanoma study using thermal imaging. Our President, who is a Breast Radiologist, gave an informative lecture on all breast imaging and the role each technology plays in breast health. It’s always enlightening to hear from my mentor and the developer of the Meditherm camera, Dr. Leando. We are excited to implement the new sophisticated software into our practice.
The town of San Antonio was in a festive spirit celebrating Dia de Muertos (Day of the Dead) all weekend. In addition to learning we had a lot of fun on the Riverwalk and around town.
I was honored to be acknowledged with an award for Outstanding Achievement by the ACCT.
Advanced Medical Thermography is proud to be a part of the leading medical thermography organization internationally. We look forward to participating in the further growth of this radiation free health screening technology, helping men and women around the world.
